This Covid-19 pandemic is a great example of just how evil spreads. Passed from person to person, each mutation a reflection of that person’s evil desires. James 2:14 tells the story: Each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desires and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it “mutates” to sin, and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.
Evil is always in our midst, we fight it in our own personal lives, as a family, as a community, and as a nation. Evil is the virus that infects us all and mutates continually to survive in our lives and in the life of our nation. The word of God, as the book of James explains, is what can save us.
God’s word is our immune booster!
As the nation worries and works to prevent the spread of Covid-19 there is a far greater threat lurking in our national body.
We, as a nation are killing 3,000 babies each and every day through abortion. Abortion is an evil virus that has infected us. At first it seemed like a common cold, just a product of conception removed at 8 to 12 weeks, not even a baby really; the pro-abortion doctors said.
Then that evil national infection mutated to abortions to 24 weeks, and then again to late term abortions performed for the health of the mother.
But evil, like a virus, never rests and must mutate to survive and that evil mutation today is babies dismembered alive or born alive to have their organs harvested!
This isn’t just a cute comparison, it is an accurate understanding of evil and the responsibility of the Christian to respond!
We are the immune system of our nation!
We are called upon to respond to the evil of abortion and other national sins. If we don’t do our job or are a weak immune system, our nation will die!
This virus analogy works so well because like our immune system we are not allowed to rest! Comfortable Christianity is for the dead. We are alive in Christ and we are called upon to be as the bible says – salt and light – preservatives, but a modern translation could just as easily read we must be a strong immune system!
So, we as Christians are the immune system of our nation and we must never rest! At Survivors, we take that responsibility very seriously!
So as quarantined Christian activists – What do we do?
What we do is – refuse to let evil spread unchallenged! This national pandemic of physical infection will pass. When it is over, we will, as a nation, still be spiritually infected and the Survivors will continue to fight for life!
Here is our plan for the next 30 days!
We cancelled all of our on-the-streets and campus activities. There is no value in street protest right now. We could never insert ourselves in a news cycle where Covid-19 has sucked all the oxygen from the media room!
But that doesn’t mean we don’t do anything or rest because the immune system never rests!
What will we do to fight this evil infection in our nation?
We will go online! Like intravenous booster drugs we will spend the next thirty days flooding the internet with information about born alive organ harvesting!!!
Survivors is uniquely positioned to fight this fight. We are a youth organization and we have a standing army of Instagram users, Twitter users, and Facebook users!

We have moved our launch date to June 1st for our pro-life outpost in San Francisco.
In the meantime, we will be informing and recruiting our fellow Christians to be a part of our national immune system and to destroy this latest mutation of evil – the harvesting of viable babies for fetal research.
