WASHINGTON, March 8 /Christian Wire Service/ -- Jeff White, former national Operation Rescue leader and founder of Survivors, a national pro-life youth organization, will go on trial Wednesday, March 9 at 9:00 a.m. at the Superior Court, 500 Indianapolis Avenue NW, Washington, D.C.
On April 24, 2004, prior to the March for Women's Lives, Mr. White was arrested in front of Planned Parenthood with the body of a 5-month-old fetus. He is being charged with displaying a dead body in public.

In court, Mr. White intends to defend the humanity of the baby while challenging the hypocrisy and legal irony of his arrest.
