On Monday January 25, 2016 news broke that a grand jury in Harris County (Houston, TX) indicted two undercover journalists, David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, who filmed undercover meetings with Planned Parenthood (PP) discussing the sale of fetal body parts.  The grand jury had also been asked to consider charges against the local Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, but did not issue an indictment. 

According to her LinkedIn profile,  Lauren Reed the Assistant District Attorney at Harris County (prosecutor) sits on the board of Directors for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast.Planned Parenthood's political ties run deep, but the Survivors are disgusted by this complete disregard for justice.  Ironically, Planned Parenthood sells fetal body parts of aborted babies for money and receives no punishment, while the undercover journalist who exercised his first amendment right to expose this evil is indicted and may face trial.

One thing we can vouch for is David's character and perseverance.  David Daleiden knew the cost of discipleship and the risk of standing up to the Goliath of Planned Parenthood, but he did it anyway.  David has spent years working tirelessly to expose Planned Parenthood trafficking body parts and released the findings to the public.  He is currently being sued by the National Abortion Federation and Planned Parenthood, and now being indicted in Harris County.

The best way we can stand behind David and support him and his team at The Center for Medical Progress is to sign this petition, share the videos, stay vigilant in doing activism and sidewalk counseling in front of Planned Parenthood, and continue covering them in prayer.  While Planned Parenthood may have a stronghold over the legal system and politicians, our God reigns over all!
