Good news!  Last week, “B” told us that she had 14 days to convince her friend not to abort her baby. We sent “B” a package of resources and today, day 5, we found out that her friend had changed her mind!

“How’s your friend...” I asked nervously.  I held my breath because I knew that “B”’s friend might have already had the abortion.  My stomach dropped.  What was only a moment seemed like minutes as “B” took a breath and told me, "Well, after reviewing the photos, she decided to keep the baby."

Relief, joy, gratitude, and excitement flooded my voice.  I thanked her for speaking up for the baby, for calling us, and for allowing us to help.  “B” said, “This is a miracle.  I am so grateful for your prayers, and your help. This would not have been possible without that package." 

“B” said that she had looked through our training manual and our materials before she shared them with her friend.  It was hard for her to look at some of the images and information, even though she already knew what abortion is.  What struck her hardest was reading about doctors lying to women, while openly admitting to others that abortion kills babies.  It blew her mind that the doctors were so open about their gruesome actions.  She asked us to mail her more resources to share with other friends.  

“B” described her friend as “a complete turnaround.”  She walked into her friend's room to find her talking to the baby and rubbing her belly!
